Fractured the neck of her femur recently but got over it. No relations in [area]. From Nurse. No Public Assistance. [Male informant] thinks there is not much wrong with her - she is Episcopalian. Dr: a bit eccentric and solitary."

"This woman sounds peculiar. She is a Jehovah's witness, sheltered escaped prisoners during the war. Nurse confirms that this woman was very religious, converted her husband. Otherwise normal. Would not do any form of war work. House clean and tidy. There is supposed to be a "streak of insanity" in the family."
